We are a Kenyan registered Medical Insurance Provider (MIP) duly licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) with over 10 years experience in the Healthcare Insurance field. We have grown to be one of the largest International medical brokers in Kenya. We deal with Generali, Bupa, Aetna, AXA, Allianz & CIGNA. We provide the following services to our clients at no additional costs:

We dispatch on your behalf your claim forms, subscription cheques and any correspondence to the International Medical Providers through our office via our weekly courier. Benefit cheques of your claims can also be sent to us via courier, which we will then deliver to you.

We will assist you should you encounter any problems being hospitalized or evacuated by S.O.S. through daily liaison with the Medical Provider concerning these matters.

We advise on technical matters and will inform you of any changes or updates relating to the medical schemes. Our office will provide quotations, technical literature and help with additions/deletions of cover. We also publish newsletters which are very informative and keeps clients updated on important issues.

We acknowledge claims sent to the Medical Providers and follow up if claims are not settled promptly through daily liaison with them. We can also access online claims information and provide claim statements to members of Bupa International Schemes.

We collect and deliver documents like claim forms, cheques, membership packs and any other documents relating to your Medical Scheme membership from your physical address.
